Noor is an Arabic word meaning light. 100% of the profits will be donated to charity, helping fund water pumps and wells in developing countries.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Our shipping is a flat rate of £2.50 for all order
How do I purchase?
We only accept orders via our website. This is the most secure way of processing your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment through Paypal. If you are placing an order from outside the UK, then we would recommend paying via Paypal to avoid currency conversion charges by your bank.
How are my orders sent?
All orders are shipped out via Royal Mail. A notification email is sent out once your item has been dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship orders out within 5 working days, although during busy periods the processing time can take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive your order within 2-4 days in the UK, 5-7 days in Europe, and 5-15 days for the rest of the world (depending on the country).
